Description

Inspired by HeroFactoryFan13 but, this time I designed her new look. Here is Penelope in her Umbra Catervae design. HeroFactoryFan13 was designing new looks for his fan fiction by modifying their Sonic Boom designs (except for X) but, what I did was give Penelope a whole new look.
